We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Because whitening strips are a health & beauty product, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

• Unopened, sealed products in original packaging
• Items received damaged or defective
• Wrong item sent by our team
• Items that never arrived (lost in transit)

• Opened or used whitening strip packages
• Items returned after 30 days
• Buyer's remorse (changed your mind after opening)
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, simply send us a photo and we will issue a full refund or send a replacement — no need to return the item.

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
