By purchasing from Pawlicious and Co you agree to the following terms and conditions.

General
Pawlicious and Co operates as an online retailer selling silicone pet enrichment products. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Products
All products are made from food grade BPA free silicone and are intended for use with dogs under owner supervision. Pawlicious and Co is not responsible for misuse of products or use with animals other than dogs without prior research into suitability.

Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment is processed. We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods. Pawlicious and Co reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors stock issues or suspected fraud with a full refund issued to the customer.

Shipping
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times vary by location. Pawlicious and Co is not responsible for delays caused by carriers customs or circumstances outside our control.

Returns and Cancellations
All purchases are covered by our 30 day money back guarantee. Unused items in original packaging are eligible for a full refund. Used items are eligible for a free replacement. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase at no charge.

Limitation of Liability
Pawlicious and Co is not liable for any indirect incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Changes to Terms
Pawlicious and Co reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
